We have made it easy for you to submit a putter for authentication. Simply follow the next four steps to submit your putter and if you have any questions, take a look at the FAQs or send us an e-mail.
Step 1: Complete the Submission Form.
Select the online submission and enter all of the necessary information. Once all the necessary fields are filled in we will ask you to submit this information along with the payment details.
Step 2: Submission Receipt
You will receive a return email that is your submission receipt. This email will contain an order number and shipping address to send your putter. Print two copies of this document to be used in the third step.
Step 3: Package Preparation
Enclose one copy of the submission receipt with your putter(s) and use the second copy to address the package and as a record for yourself. Write the order number boldly on the outside of the package and secure the address label extremely well (most shipment losses are due to torn labels). Please package your putter carefully and insure your putter(s) for an appropriate amount. View the carrier information for shipment recommendations.
Step 4: Shipping
Pick an insured, traceable carrier and confirm your package is properly labeled and boxed. Ship it to us at the address provided.

Here’s a look at what happens once we receive your putter.
1. Shipment Notification
When your putter arrives we will access your order in our database and promptly send you an e-mail that your package has arrived safely. We will then begin the authentication process.
2. Inspection and Photography
Your putter will be fully inspected, photographed and catalogued. If deemed authentic, the data will be uploaded to our Registry and assigned a registry number.
3. Certificate Creation
The photos and information about your putter will be used to create a Certificate of Authenticity. Here is a look at sample certificates and the different authentication designations.
4. Registration
Your Certificate will be assigned a registry number that can then be typed into the Registry to access our database information.
5. Return shipment
Once we complete the authentication process we will ship your putter(s) and documentation via FedEx. We will send you an e-mail, which contains a tracking number that can be used to follow the progress of your package.
